Project Amsterdam-Noord

We don’t need to explain Amsterdam’s housing shortage. It is enormous, and the population is expected to grow significantly, to about 1.1 million by 2040. As a result, the city has decided to build in the outlying area, with Amsterdam-Noord as a key location. Here, Milanium has purchased five very strategically located pieces of land, right in the middle of areas already purchased by the municipality and a large investor. Leasehold will not apply here, which will make the plots even more attractive.

Project Houten

The municipality of Houten, near the city of Utrecht, has been a growing municipality for decades and will remain so for the foreseeable future. The population is expected to increase to about 57,000 by 2050. At the same time, it takes a lot of effort to meet the regional demand for housing. Expansion of the built-up area by thousands of homes is among the plans for both reasons. Milanium has purchased a large plot just outside the ring road. In the project brochure you can read why this area in particular is promising for redevelopment.

Project Heerhugowaard

Heerhugowaard’s population is growing more than three times faster than the North Holland average. Around 2050, the residential area will reach the size of a city, which will further increase its attractiveness. According to the municipality’s structural vision, the agricultural area will therefore be designated for residential development. Milanium has made a strategic land acquisition here. The plot is located near the current construction boundary.

Project Sprundel

Sprundel is a village in the municipality of Rucphen in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located alongside the A58 between the cities of Breda and Roosendaal, right next to the municipality of
Etten-Leur. The village of Sprundel has 5,120 inhabitants (source: CBS) and is expecting a growth in population and the number of households in the coming years. To cope with this growth, the municipality of Rucphen has created a residential vision. Both the residential vision and structural vision of the municipality and province show that the propositions of agricultural land in Sprundel are very strategically located to be converted into building land for residential construction.
