Project Houten
The municipality of Houten, near the city of Utrecht, has been a growing municipality for decades and will remain so for the foreseeable future. The population is expected to increase to about 57,000 by 2050. At the same time, it takes a lot of effort to meet the regional demand for housing. Expansion of the built-up area by thousands of homes is among the plans for both reasons. Milanium has purchased a large plot just outside the ring road.
