At Milanium, you pay more per m² of agricultural land than is common, why is that?
The land we offer is not selected based on the standard agricultural values. This is because it is strategically located land. Finding and acquiring strategic land is complicated and requires lots of research. There is not much land that we regard as strategically favorable. Therefore, the price includes a fee for doing planological research, carrying out soil research, cadastral splitting, overhead costs, marketing the land, transfer tax, and the work of the notary. All of this work is covered by the purchase price. In addition, Milanium applies a profit margin to the sale of the land.
